Creamy Pina Colada Pie

Ingredients 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 can (10 ounces) frozen nonalcoholic pina colada mix, thawed

3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained 2 graham cracker crusts (9 inches) Maraschino cherries, optional

Directions Blend the first three ingredients in a big bowl until they're smooth. Mix in the pineapple, coconut, and almonds.

Pour mixture into prepared crusts, dividing it in half. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until hard. Serve with more whipped topping and cherries, if preferred.
