White Christmas Pie 

Ingredients: – 1 pre-baked pie crust (9-inch) – 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened – 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk – 1/3 cup lemon juice – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup shredded coconut – 1/2 cup chopped pecans or almond – 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping – Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions: 1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. 2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.

1. Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts until evenly distributed. 2. Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until fully incorporated.

1. Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. 2. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.

1. Before serving, garnish with maraschino cherries if desired. 2. Slice and enjoy your delicious White Christmas Pie!
