"Oh, Kale Yeah!!" Salad

6 cups (400 g) or one big bag of prewashed curly kale, roughly chopped 1 large ripe avocado Juice of 1-2 lemons (I like it very lemony)

1 tsp. (5.5 g) high-quality sea salad 4-6 dried apricots or one freshly cut persimmon, pear, or red apple, chopped 2 tbsp. (20 g) cashews, chopped

Add the chopped and cleaned kale to a big bowl. After washing your hands and taking off your jewelry, add the avocado to the kale.  

Use your hands to massage it in for two to three minutes, allowing the kale to become softer.  

After giving the kale a minute more of a massage, squeeze the lemon and equally sprinkle the salt on top. This produces the kale dressing.  

After that, you are free to add anything. I adore adding more diced avocado, tomatoes, onions, almonds, and chopped apricots. It is flavorful, well-received, and has good shelf life.
