Place salmon fillets in shallow baking dish. Rub garlic on fish, then coat with oil and vinegar, flipping once. Sprinkle cilantro and basil over garlic salt. Rest 10 minutes.
Broil salmon in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, rotating once and spraying with remaining marinade until the last 4 minutes, until browned on both sides and flakes easily with a fork.
